Delivery Schedule Information

Below is the schedule for iCare deliveries. Aramark will make three attempts to deliver the gift within 30 days from the order date. 

 Please review regularly as schedules are subject to change based on holidays and facility requirements.  It is recommended that you have all orders submitted at least 48 hours prior to the delivery schedule to ensure your loved one receives their gift at the first opportunity.  You will receive a notification once the order is delivered. 

Orders are delivered Tuesday-Friday. No weekend deliveries.

Building 1200 Baker Street

2 & 3 Floor – Tuesday delivery

5th Floor – Wednesday delivery

6th Floor – Thursday delivery

4th Floor – Friday delivery

 

Building 701 N. San Jacinto Street

2nd Floor– Wednesday delivery

3rd Floor - Monday Delivery 

4th & 5th Floor – Tuesday delivery

6th Floor – Thursday delivery

7th Floor – Friday delivery

 

Building 711-  Delivered on Thursday

Building 1307 (AKA = Little Baker) – Delivered Wednesday


Orders are delivered Monday-Friday. No weekend deliveries.

Facility Restrictions

Aramark makes every attempt to deliver your order on the next scheduled delivery day according to the facility’s permitted delivery times. Delivery of your order is subject to the inmate being available to receive iCare. Aramark will attempt to deliver an order three times.  If the order cannot be delivered for any reason during those three attempts for any reason, including, but not limited to the fact that the recipient is on a disciplinary restriction, the order will be canceled and you will receive a refund. Additionally, if an inmate is released prior to receipt of the iCare package, a refund will be issued. Should you need to request a refund, please contact our customer services hotline as soon as possible with your order number, inmate details and reason for refund.

Who is Eligible to receive an iCare Order?
In certain cases, inmates may not be eligible to participate in iCare.  Once you select your loved ones name a message will alert you if they are ineligible to receive iCare.  Due to privacy policies, we cannot provide the details regarding your loved ones restriction.  During that time an inmate is restricted you will not be able to complete the purchase.  If an inmate becomes restricted after an order is placed but before the order is scheduled for delivery, you will receive a notification that the order is pending.

Aramark will first work with appropriate facility staff to determine whether the iCare order can be delivered in the future.
